At King Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible fine jewelry and timepieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our concierge team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your item in its original luxury packaging, including all certificates, warranty cards, and promotional materials provided at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured for their retail value.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
